What is the name/where can I find that type of board with holes in it, which can be used for a workshop board as there are drilled holes all over the board?...is it available at beijer?

If you mean one made of metal, they are called either tool plate or perforated plate and can be found at cowab.se.
Otherwise, maybe you can search for perforated masonite, if that's what you're looking for?
