Does anyone know what kind of mix these guys are using in their videos

?

Could it be pure cement? I'd like to try doing something similar. They have so many videos.

Pure cement it cannot be. It falls apart when you look at it... Some form of plaster, I would guess.

Since the video's title is "...with Sand and Cement," I'm guessing sand and cement. It is essentially plaster, right?

A little kalkmjöl should probably be added as well to make it smooth and easy to work with. It's standard in plaster mortar.
