What do your houses cost?

So, purely in terms of materials...
Primarily asking those of you who don't buy turnkey.

I want to know the cost for the foundation+the house itself+land+pipes+roof+all fees that are included like building permits etc...but not the interior items...like the kitchen, bathroom, wallpapers.

I think there are already some such lists on this forum.
It depends on what standard you want.
The foundation can cost very differently depending on what conditions you have. We had to make an EXPENSIVE foundation because there will mostly be water under the house.
