What dimension should I have ?

I'm planning to build a freestanding garden room with a shed roof, where the roof will consist of joists, tongue and groove boards, and paper.
The span is 4500mm, and I'm unsure if 45x170 is sufficient or if I need to go up to 45x195.
Snow zone 1/northern Skåne.
