What color does brown impregnated spindle get over time?

I'm thinking of setting up the following:

Does anyone know what color the wood will turn over time?

It will probably be the same as usual printed, first it fades and then it might get darker, why not usually printed and after about 2 years, you can sand it off with sandpaper and paint/stain with whatever you want, paint so it becomes a color, stain can be a bit patchy.

The experience here is that it turns about as gray as regular decking, the ones we've used lose their color very quickly.
