What are wooden slats with this shape called (see picture)?

I'm in the process of building a deck and have seen boards like the ones in the picture which I think would look nice on the railing, but what is this type/shape/sawing called that looks trapezoidal in profile? That is, what should I Google or ask for when I call the hardware store? Thanks for the help!
