I'm about to build a shelf using shelf boards from byggmax, and I would prefer to use these screws with hex heads:

Does anyone know the name and where to buy them?

If you can imagine a skull with torx, then the screw is not entirely unlike an anchor screw from Byggmax. But just like the screw in the picture, you need to pre-drill if you're going to use it for a shelf, as the screw splits quite well with the thick material at the top.
