Ice screw nut or what are these called?

I was thinking of using something similar in a 70x70 wooden post to attach a 28x45 so I can screw it in and remove it a number of times. It shouldn't hold any significant weight, so I thought it should work, but I'm looking for the name of the item in the picture.
