I am in the process of setting up the laundry room in the basement and after leveling compound and vapor barrier, I rolled out the first layer of Weber’s sealant on the floor. According to the instructions, it should dry for at least 4 hours before the next layer. After 12 hours, it hadn't dried at all and now, five days later, it sticks a bit under the shoes when you walk in...
The floor was cast a few years ago with 20 cm of insulation underneath and the basement is not particularly damp normally. However, it has rained quite a bit in recent weeks, so it might not have been optimal. I've run two car heaters for 24 hours but it's still sticky. You don't really want to apply more sealant at this point.
Both leveling compound and vapor barrier have dried properly so that's not where the problem lies.
I will call Weber's support tomorrow but thought I’d check if anyone else here has experienced this?

Can I lay the tiles later even if it's a bit sticky after finishing rolling?
Thank you for the response. I called Weber's support, and they said the same thing. It's okay if it's a bit sticky.
