But underneath these, there is a plastic mat where the seams have come apart and there are various holes.
On the floor below, there is a damp stain on the ceiling (the ceiling was lowered, so we did not see it until now when we replaced the ceiling).
I don't know if the water can reach there, but my question is if you have a good tip on what I should do on the balcony. Should I lay a new plastic mat under these green plastic tiles?
