Hi, I'm going to start with the walls. The carpenter has left.
But shouldn't there be a stud at the bottom as well near the floor?
The bottom part of the panel bows outward at the bottom.

  • Interior wall with exposed insulation and plywood panel, window above, and construction materials on the floor.
Sure, there should be a rule, call the snickare he can interrupt his vacation.

Hehe nah can't afford it. Ok, should it be directly on the concrete with some plastic in between?

Yes exactly, the most important thing is that you make sure the skirting board can be nailed into it, preferably a 70 rule.

Thanks!

Remember to seal the plastic wrap down against the concrete.

Ok thanks!

I will lay chipboard before foam & parquet. Is it enough with construction plastic under the chipboard or am I missing something?

Why should you have floor chipboard?

Why do you need chipboard flooring?
The part of the room in the picture is an extension with a concrete floor. The part that will connect with this part is currently at the same height with only joists. There I need to lay chipboard & then I have to do it here too for it to align.
