I am planning a glass veranda for a *new build* in old style (turn of the century). Here is a link to give an idea...

The glass panes/double doors cover the ENTIRE way around and I have received a quote for the veranda from a carpenter with 115 mm posts in the corners. My dimensions are 3.5m wide, 1.8m deep with double doors centered on the front. No upper floor.
So the *question* is, how do I best build a small "wall" under the windows? I want it to be as slender as possible. Insulation, thermal bridges, etc. are *not* the focus here. Insulation will primarily be in the floor and ceiling. The "wall" will only be about 60cm high and a total of 5m long, or something like that.
If I choose vertical studs of 120mm and horizontal 45 mm inside with corresponding insulation, does that feel right? Or are there better alternatives? There will probably also be a small wall above the windows, but it will only be 20-30 cm high, maybe better to let the windows go all the way up?
