Wall-mounted desk

Considering setting up a wall-mounted desk.
The wall is made of lightweight concrete.
The board is 1750x625mm and weighs about 25kg.
Planning to place the board on 4 brackets that are 550x300mm.
Using these plugs, 2 per bracket.

Do you think the wall can handle it?

I had used lightweight concrete screws and with 4 brackets there is no problem as long as you don't overload the desk.
