How long do you need to wait before adding a new course when laying with lecablock 19x19x59 so that the lower course is not compressed by the weight?
In total, it involves 4 courses.

Not at all when there are so few shifts.

In total, it's about 4 courses.
The first batch of mortar was a bit loose and after laying, some mortar "leaked" out after scraping.
I've understood that the mortar becomes weaker when it's too loose. Should we remove the stone and relay with firmer mortar before adding the second course?

No, let it be, add more later if needed. Even a little bad is quite good when it comes to laying lecablock.
