Hello,
I have a Friggebod used as a storage. Occasionally, it's a little workshop. It has 95 mm insulation in the walls and 145 mm insulation in the roof. No plastic. Maintenance heating at 12 degrees. Three smaller double-glazed windows.

It's dry and nice during the winter, but the humidity rises in the summer. Would ventilation reduce this humidity? I'm a bit unsure if there are any advantages, as there's currently no added moisture from the inside.

Try putting a window in ventilation mode this summer to see if there is any difference.
Do you have a humidity meter?
