Vent grille - 22x16cm

Why on earth is it so difficult to find a vent grille for a 22x16cm (h x w) vent channel, can anyone help?

It is a very good suggestion, but right now I'm a bit lazy and want something simple, say in plastic

using google, and searching for ventilation grilles, you'll unfortunately find grilles only larger and smaller than your specific size.
but there are many sizes available

To clarify a bit, the grate should be installed in an indoor kitchen.
