On top of a crawl space, we build the floor joists, insulation, and particleboard subfloor. I'm wondering where you would place the vapor barrier. Stapled it under the particleboard subfloor on the beams but then couldn't glue the particleboard to the beams, or on top of the particleboard subfloor in the form of a combined vapor barrier/foam before the floor is laid?
How would you do it? Is there a right or wrong as long as it's on the warm side?
