Vapor barrier in shower between new drywall ceiling and concrete ceiling?

Should you have a vapor barrier (plastic) under the ceiling gypsum in the shower area when the interior ceiling is concrete?
To clarify: Shower in the basement (walkout basement). Existing ceiling (floor structure?) is concrete. Ceiling drop with 45mm metal stud + gypsum to recess some "pucks."
Vapor barrier yes or no??
