Have questions about vapor barriers and installation of a ceiling (type huntonit)
Moved into a house where a "renovation" has just been done
They have removed the boards towards the attic and just painted the raw ceiling white.
With this, it means there is no vapor barrier up towards the attic.
I am considering installing this and then adding ceiling panels.
The house is from 1912. Is it right to install a vapor barrier?
Can I "plastic" and install the ceiling directly onto the raw ceiling?
Or should I put up battens? Do I have to do this?
