How did you manage to get the heating hose under the reinforcement mesh in the slab?
Did you fasten the hose to the insulation and then lay the mesh on top, or? I was thinking of tying the hose to the reinforcement mesh but don't understand how to get the hose underneath.

It's just as easy to strap the hose above to the reinforcement, so why complicate it???

For example, to get the underfloor heating pipe out of the way so that it is not easily damaged

I have done both. In the basement where I removed the floor and poured screed with underfloor heating, I used Wirsbo's "holders" that "ByggaNytt" had in their pictures. The heating pipe constantly wants to curl up, and the holders don't sit particularly well in the insulation (had to nail them down with bent nails). In my extension, the insulation ended up on the mesh, and as you mentioned, they are more in the way with the risk of damage. It depends a bit on how much you’re going to move around before the casting, or do you mean you want to avoid damaging the pipe when setting up the partition walls? In the basement, all our partition walls are glued with PL-400 to the concrete with only a few bolts down into the slab.

So it was as I thought: If you want the hose under the net, you don't wire it. So I will lay the hose on top and the partition wall will be glued to the concrete.

Thanks!
