I have some problems here in this corner..... as you can see.... does anyone have some tips.. Ended up with different ceiling heights in the house which is causing issues.

  • Corner of a room showing uneven ceiling heights with visible gaps and misaligned wood panels.
  • Ceiling corner with uneven heights, showing construction issues and exposed wiring. A hand is adjusting or inspecting the wires in a wooden area.
Can't you pull the cladding all the way up and pull the L-profile all the way towards the cladding and then ceiling trim as now but meeting a small mitered piece towards the end.

A bit tricky situation. Here's what I'm thinking if it works:

1. Place a block
2. Forget the outer corner strip and round rod
3. Connect the gooseneck to the block
4. Hide the level difference in another ceiling strip that comes towards you in the picture
5. Thinner trim on the left in the picture

  • Sketch of a proposed home renovation plan illustrating placement of blocks, skirting, and thinner moldings as described in the discussion post.

This is how I ended up doing it.
