Tongue and groove on OSB

Has anyone attached beadboard to OSB with good results?
It feels questionable to nail and glue is hard to secure if the beadboard is not completely straight.
Is there a good screw for this purpose?

Assuming the OSB is attached to studs, you can fasten the beadboard to the studs, i.e., screw through the OSB directly into the studs. ?

Unfortunately not, as the reglarna are positioned in the other direction.

I used a nail gun to fasten "broad" beadboard on OSB in my bathroom a few years ago and I thought it was very smooth. I can see the occasional one that has shrunk together by a millimeter or so, but it's not dangerous at all. I don't have any battens going horizontally, only vertically. Why are you hesitant? Is there something I haven't thought of? :x

If you want to use panel clips, there are ones for screwing (screws included). Otherwise, it should be fine to toe-nail with small dyckert nails, at a 45-degree angle in the corner between the bevel and the tongue. It holds better than if you nail straight in.
