Hello!

A new rotary hammer GBH 2-28 DV purchased. Our house has aerated concrete walls and the beams are reinforced concrete. In other words, the rotary hammer is used a lot when something needs to be mounted. I'm thinking of buying some decent plugs and screws in various sizes for the materials I'm drilling into. Do you have any tips on good plugs (nylon?) and matching screws?

Thanks in advance.

With Fischer UX (can possibly be replaced with SX if you're not using in hollow bricks, etc.) and GB I dare say you'll solve most things, not the cheapest but really good. When it comes to screws, it depends on the plug and what is going to be hung, so it's harder to recommend.

Are you planning to mount a lot in the floors? Otherwise, you won't be using the rotary hammer that much.

To drill holes in aerated concrete, a regular screwdriver is sufficient; it's easier than drilling in wood. With the rotary hammer, you'll be through the wall before you can release the trigger.

The rotary hammer will break the lightweight concrete if you don't turn off the hammer function.
For the reinforced concrete, you can use any wall plug.
Fisher nylon plug is probably quite good.
