Choice of screw and plug for IKEA's suspension rail for wall cabinets?
I am going to install IKEA METOD wall cabinets and wonder what type of screws and plugs are best for anchoring the suspension rail in a concrete wall. What dimensions do you recommend and what type of screw head works best for the rail?
I use a Hilti rotary hammer, so that's not a problem.
I just want to avoid under- or over-dimensioning unnecessarily since there will be quite a few holes in the concrete wall.
Is there any reason to choose anything other than regular 8 mm concrete plugs, or are standard plugs sufficient for the METOD rail?

I haven't installed a kitchen, but I've assembled everything else in the apartment (including an Elfa storage system with heavy shelves) using 5x40 screws with large heads, Torx fittings, and appropriate plugs. Just one of those screws holds things incredibly well.
However, my own kitchen is mounted with concrete screws without plugs, and they hold even more securely. I've had to remove some where closets were attached, and I had to use a ratchet and apply a lot of force to get them loose. I'm not sure how to screw them in, but it probably requires a powerful impact driver to make it work.

One doesn't need to exaggerate, but for a kitchen, I would gladly add a few extra screws unless there are some very special conditions.
