Do you have any tips on how I can build a nice storage under my basement stairs? Ideally, if you have some smart solutions with drawings where I can modify them to fit my dimensions.

Either just a shelf version with doors, or with pull-out drawers. At the top left, I'm thinking of angling and replacing the circuit breaker panel so that it faces the hallway.

The sofa will, of course, not be there later :)

One way is to place retractable cabinets of decreasing size next to each other. There are tall ones for clothes storage, with shelves, etc. I have built pantry drawers for the kitchen (see image), plywood boxes that accommodate retractable drawers, very practical. For it to work and not become a dust collector, you should probably install risers in the stairs.
