Timbered barn - Need to replace logs

Hello!

I have inherited a farm with an accompanying barn. Part of the barn is made of timber, and several logs are now starting to look really bad. How do you tackle such a problem? Are there any companies that are skilled in repairing timber houses? Is there anyone here with experience? The farm is located in the Örebro area. Tips are welcome!
