Have a terrace with a concrete floor that is also the roof for the basement below. 36 sqm area. 6x6 m.

Need to seal, build a slope for water drainage with a non-slip surface.

Considering tiles. Other solutions?

+ How thick must the substrate be that the tiles are attached to, i.e., between concrete and tiles. Minimum thickness.
+ What adhesive material to use.
+ Need to build a slope over 6 meters.

It will require a pallet of tiles if you calculate on 30x30 cm tiles.

Tips for cheap tiles in that volume. Preferably discontinued stock. Budget limited.

I'm not entirely sure I understand your question correctly, but it's probably about a leveling compound, a waterproofing layer, and on top of that, tiles mounted in an adhesive suitable for the purpose (e.g. Casco Floorflex).
The thickness of the adhesive depends on the choice of tile. 6-10 mm is common.

An alternative solution could perhaps be to lay paper with a wooden floor (decking) on top.
