We have just bought a condominium that has an inspection hatch made in tile in the kitchen.
We would like to add a border or something similar around it to give it a nicer finish.
A border that lies flush with the rest of the floor and not around the hatch itself or whatever you want to call it.
Does anyone have good tips on this, as I'm going crazy searching online and can't find anything reasonable.
It should be entirely in black or grey...

Difficult without pictures, so maybe that's why no one is responding...
