I am going to set up a clothes rail that will hang from a concrete ceiling with heavy outerwear (coats, jackets). I'm thinking of using three hooks.
1) Is there any difference in quality between anchors 1 and 2? Essves is more than three times as expensive as Classes and looks fancier, but perhaps it doesn't attach better because of that?
2) Is anchor 3 from Fischer unsuitable for the purpose?
3) Does my box of anchor 3 deserve to be saved for the installation of several one-meter shelves on a concrete wall? Or should I throw away the box and buy (real?) nylon anchors instead? No. 3 is also a nylon anchor, but it looks a bit more flimsy, in my opinion.

According to my experience, almost any plug works if you are going to drill into real concrete or stone.
What might need special solutions is if there is poor plaster, aerated concrete, and other soft materials. Then I think I have gotten better results with plugs that have a complete tip and that compress and "bulge out" when the screw tightens the plug. They expand more than a regular plug.

Plugg 3 is the most advanced and the manufacturer Fischer is creative with new products. They tend to be reliable.
But if it's concrete, they all work well.

As others have written before, all those plugs work well if it's real concrete. However, if it's in a wall with porous brick or a plasterboard wall with tiles on it, I think there are better and worse plugs.
