We are planning to build an extension and had intended to have brick walls with a plastered facade. Now the construction company wants to use a wood frame with thick plaster instead, as it is cheaper and just as good. They would use Paroc's system. When I read online, I get a little worried about moisture damage, but I'm not sure if it involves such a construction or a similar one. My technical knowledge is lacking... Is there anyone who can advise? If we accept the construction company's proposal, is there anything specific we should consider?
