Yes, I might be in over my head... This is what it looks like inside...

It should be added that the roof curves inward, it's an old asbestos-cement roof, and the foundation might not be the best either... So maybe it's a tear-down object...

How many apartments were you thinking, 3-4?
Separate entrance to each apartment?
The cables and posts will affect how you can make the layout for the apartments.

If it's difficult to sketch a good layout, I would skip it just because of that.
