I have an old garage under the house that I plan to renovate and decorate. The problem is that there was a floor drain in the middle of the room that is now sealed, but the floor still slopes towards it. The idea is to lay a Platon membrane over the entire concrete floor, then place joists to fill with rockwool, and then lay a new floor on top. Is this a wrong approach?
