I'm planning to texture a small interior wall. I've never done it before, but there is such a wall in our house that the previous owners did. It's very nice. White painted and it seems strong. Not like any filler. I've searched about it on the forum, but there are so many different ideas.
I want it to be about 5-10 mm thick and preferably as light as possible. I'd rather not mix cement and the like. Preferably ready-made filler in a bucket so it goes quickly and easily. It's a gypsum interior wall . I’d appreciate tips on good ideas that work. Posting a picture of the tools I have in my garage. There are 2 rollers with rubber texture, one large and one small, I don’t know what these should be used for. Then there's a tile adhesive spatula and another texture spatula with a handle on the back, not really sure what this is meant for. I bought it once on sale, thought it might come in handy sometime. What are the tools for?
I've not heard of structural paint, it might result in a thinner layer compared to structural filler.
demands higher quality preparation work. I will check Hornbach's paint section.
The pattern is not so important. I wanted a bit of a stone wall feel, like a basement room.
Is any of the rollers in my picture used for structural paint?
