I have a small dilemma. We've removed the old wood burner and now I want to remove the flue pipe as well. I've managed to lower it straight down half a meter, so the top is under the chimney's "roof" and fixed the resulting hole.
Now the bottom of the pipe is on the concrete floor in the boiler room, the whole pipe is loose and not attached anywhere. However, it's about 6-7 meters high and heavy as hell... I can barely twist it around its own axis and even less lift it.
Maybe I could get a jack underneath in some magical way if that would help. How on earth do I get rid of this thing?
I've used an angle grinder about half a meter up but don't dare cut all the way. The pipe is bound to crash down with a lot of force if I do. Anyone have suggestions on how I should proceed?

The pipe is down. 
I drilled two holes just above where I cut with the angle grinder. Inserted a strong smaller pipe and placed the jack against the smaller pipe and pumped it up. Cut the flue pipe and lowered it onto a concrete block.
I had to repeat the procedure a few times, but three hours later the pipe was in pieces on the driveway. Victory!
