Hello!

I'm in the process of demolishing a bathroom and have some questions on the easiest way to proceed.

I'm planning to remove the chipboard floor since I want to reroute some plumbing under the floor to avoid the surface-mounted piping that was there previously. How would you do this most efficiently? The boards, of course, don't end at the wall but continue on the other side. Should I cut with a circular saw as close to the wall as possible? What's the easiest way to create a base for the new chipboard?

In the ceiling, I have a tongue and groove ceiling (I thought it was plasterboard, but it's not). I have the same issue there as with the floor. How should I demolish it efficiently?

Attached are two pictures of the floor and ceiling.

Corner of a bathroom under renovation, showing a partially exposed wooden framework with debris on the floor near the wall junction. Close-up of a ceiling corner with exposed wooden beams, showing partially removed paneling and visible nails.

I had used a plunge saw and cut out large squares that can then be broken off.
