Hi, does anyone have any ideas, taped
a week ago around the edges of the covering paper, concrete underneath, because I was going to sand and paint, when I came out today, everything had come off!! Biltema duct tape. Does anyone have any tips
on a tape that sticks.

Prime the concrete so the tape sticks. It's the concrete dust that causes it to release.
