It is a load-bearing exterior wall with rafters over all standing wall studs in 45x95. The beam above is a 45x145 standing on new 45x95.

Should the standing 45x145 be mounted on the inside or outside with a 45mm isolation or should it be double 95x145?

The window's width is 80cm.

EDIT: Should the vertical 45x145 be mounted on the inside or outside with insulation, or should it be double 45x145?

Received a response from a carpenter that the construction is correct. The standing 45x145 should be on the outside with 45mm insulation inside.

I'm surprised I haven't gotten a response .. 😀
