We are going to plaster the interior walls with gypsum plaster and are looking for a suitable mixer to buy.

We can't do the whole house in one go, so the plan is to do one room at a time when we have the time.

The areas are too large to use a bucket mixer, and from what I understand, you need at least 3 people to rent a sprayer, so that doesn't work either.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a suitable mixer? It doesn't need to last for more than one house but, of course, shouldn't have issues.

I seem to recall reading somewhere that free-fall mixers/tumblers are not suitable for gypsum plaster, but perhaps that's not true.

The cheapest forced action mixer I've found is "Automix 1801". Available for example here:

I'm not sure if it would work.

Since the surface will be visible and we want to do as little filling as possible afterward, I assume that using loose buckets could be an advantage to avoid old dried pieces from the mixer. Additionally, the buckets can easily be rinsed outside without having to take the whole machine out.

We could of course buy a more professional machine like Soroto, Baron, Atika, or similar, but that assumes we can sell it when we're done. It would also need to stand outside to be cleaned after each mixing because I assume we won't have time to run another batch before it hardens in the machine.
