Just got the OK from the municipality to modify part of the heart wall in the villa. I have now removed all the plaster and found this strange solution. A hole in the vertical stud and a hole on either side of it in the horizontal stud. In these holes, some kind of synthetic band is drawn up towards the upper floor. The house was built in 1983. What could this be? This is a stud I plan to remove. Could anything above be dependent on the stud?
