Steps in interior renovation
I made the decision to demolish the old wall and have now built a new wall with 45x70 studs, OSB, and renovation gypsum on the outside. I added insulation to the walls as well, it turned out great!
Now we're sitting here pondering lighting in the room. The room is about 10 square meters and has a ceiling height of 2300 mm. How do I do it best if we want spotlights in the ceiling?
We had previously thought of putting paneling on thin battens on the ceiling. But if we want spotlights, what should we choose?

LED spotlights work, they don't need extra space around them as they don't generate heat. Halogen is "trickier," as they need a lot of space to avoid fire risks; quite large holes need to be made in the ceiling for them.
I've also seen variants with a shadow list on the edge of the ceiling and a light tube/light string in the shadow list, creating a light list instead.
