I have a lot with a rising slope (I have drawn a picture that is attached which might help to understand). The problem with the lot is that it is over 4 meters from where the house is to be placed to the "top" of the lot. At the top of the lot, there is a sea view, and therefore I want the house to be high enough for the sea to be visible. The house is to be 1.5 stories and the garage is intended to be in the basement. Anyone with experience in this and how to make it look good (so it doesn't look like a high-rise)? The lot is on a rock outcrop.
