Spiral staircase. Installation with respect to roof trusses.

Is it possible to install a spiral staircase in a one-story house, up to the attic that is going to be furnished?

How do you make the switch? I haven't checked yet, but I think the roof trusses are set at CC60.
It's an older house from the 60s.

CC 60 is unusual for roof trusses.
It is more likely that you have roof trusses cc 120 and then between these roof battens cc 120, meaning the ceiling is supported cc 60.
Reinforcement is done by strengthening the adjacent supporting structure (if needed) and transferring the forces of the cut parts to the reinforced section.
