I'm in the process of framing internally and I'm wondering if spacing the walls is necessary or not? Also, should you screw OSB a few cm above the ground? Need tips =)

It is customary to lift the OSB a few mm over the concrete (if that's what you have).
Regarding the glespanel, it depends on the circumstances; what do you want to achieve by installing glespanel on the walls?

Well, I'm going to start by installing boards inside the house (outer wall) and I've seen that some people also space the walls, is it just to have installation space if you place the vapor barrier on the inside? Is there any other reason to do that?
And I meant the slab earlier, not the ground=)

It is common to install 45x45 inside the vapor barrier, where you then run electricity to avoid puncturing the vapor barrier at every box, etc.
It is also possible to use 28x70 if you want to save room space.
To my knowledge, there is no other reason to do this.
The advantage of 45x45 is that you can fit in 45mm of insulation after the technical installation is complete.
