When you're inside and start feeling "oh, now there's a lot of heavy snow on the roof," you go out and sweep some of it down... I see the dimensioning of the roof for that type of building as a non-issue...
Or you were away for a couple of weeks just when the heavy snow fell and come home to a collapsed roof? :)

Yes, my point was exactly that: it's a risk I'm willing to take... One has to consider how likely it might be and how severe the consequences will be.
And with that said, my screen roof over the bikes is still standing, ten years later!

The entire depth is 1.3m (trusses direction here) normal trusses are set at cc120. So it is likely that the roof would hold even if one only placed råspont on the outer walls. So unlikely that it wouldn't work with 70 reglar.

If you want even more stability, you could replace the råspont with 22mm plywood.

2"x3" holds up well even if you place it on the flat, any possible bending is hardly a problem in this case.
