Hello.
I've built the ground floor with insulated leca, and now I'm working on the interior walls using regular 200mm leca.
I used rather thick foam-like gray sill insulation on the outer walls. I would have preferred something harder or none at all on the interior ones so the floor doesn't flex in the middle, right?
The center of the floor joists will rest on one of the walls in the middle (Hjärtvägg?). Do these interior walls need sill insulation between leca and frame?
 
Yes, always. Use syllpapp.

Sylls isolation is available in various designs. Syllpapp, for example, is a hard 3mm tar paper. It does not flex.
