We have a big problem with a soundproofing in an apartment that we need to address. Moving is unfortunately not an option right now - so for that reason we have to make do with the situation.
But - the question is then...
How do I best soundproof a bedroom on the upper floor? The goal is that noise from the rest of the apartment should not disturb the person sleeping in the bedroom.
The starting point is - just wood/drywall in the walls and floor. Simple interior door.
What would you do?
