Hello again everyone!
I'm planning to build some partition walls at home to divide our large upstairs area into some children's rooms, a toilet, and a living room.
But then comes a question, which is better and easier to work with. Double plasterboard or plasterboard + osb?
Plasterboard seems to be the cheapest and I find it easy to handle, but it feels unsteady.
I lived in an apartment with single plasterboard and that was not great.

How thick insulation do you think should be in the walls?

If I make it myself and there is space, I build walls with 45x70 studs and ALWAYS use OSB+gypsum. I also usually fill completely with insulation even though probably half-full works just as well from a soundproofing perspective.....it doesn't cost much.

Osb + plasterboard is preferable, 45 insulation in a 70 wall is also sufficient. If there aren't special requirements for silence.
