Soft sealant between window and wall on the inside?

I have some cracks between some windows and (stone) walls inside the house. In the past, I've fixed such things with regular acrylic sealant, but I find they usually become unsightly over time. If you don't paint over the acrylic, dust and dirt stick to it, so after a year or so, it is a bit speckled.
I wasn't planning to paint over it at present (everything interior was painted 2 years ago).

Maybe I just used cheap acrylic?

I would like something that is as shiny and easy to wipe off as silicone, but paintable...
Can you use soft sealant, or will you have the same problems as with acrylic sealant?

The picture is quite zoomed in, so it's not really that bad in reality.

Buy better joint compound. Those cheap ones for 10-15 kr are completely worthless.

Tec7 is like silicone in gloss but paintable. Costs about 150:- for a tube.

I haven't bought such bad things before (Bostik etc.). But sure, they've "only" cost 40-50:-.

No, they don't... Can't find any other chain that has it either unfortunately.

Does anyone have experience with it? The tube is unopened so I don't have it.

I was eager to start tonight, but if it's questionable, it's better to wait until I get hold of the right stuff.

I don't understand why they don't want private individuals as customers. Their money is worth just as much.
