Hello

We have fallen behind in our construction and need to "skip" certain steps to save both time and cost. The plan was for the builders to apply a thin plaster layer on the inside, but we have to limit ourselves.

The substrate is coarse plaster (beneath it is brick). Now we need to apply something on top of the coarse plaster, as it currently appears spotty and sections are clearly visible.

We're considering which thin plaster would be the easiest to finish with; could it be enough to apply thin plaster and "prime" to get a raw surface, and perhaps paint directly on this in two coats?

What would you do?
I've received suggestions for both lime plaster and gypsum plaster. The surface can be rough or smooth, it doesn't matter.

Gypsum plaster is both quick and inexpensive.

Thanks for the response!

We will try applying Amareno on 10 m2 and see if it goes quickly, the advantage is that we don't need to paint afterward.
