Hi,

I am going to install a smooth gypsum ceiling in a bathroom. The bathroom is not wide enough for me to need seams on the short sides. What should be done with the short side against the wall? It seems unnecessary to bevel this edge. This edge will be caulked between the ceiling and the wall, right?

The question simply is, should the short side against the wall be beveled or not?

Do not bevel the short side, it will just lead to unnecessary filling. I'm trying to get to the wall with the long side so I can also cut away the beveling on the long side when I install the ceiling.

Thank you for the response, then we'll skip that. It's also possible to adjust so that I can cut off the long sides on both sides. Thanks for the help.
